Damaged items:

If an item arrives damaged, please contact returns@severesnacks.com and a replacement will be expedited to you.

Returns policy

Returns of new and unused merchandise are accepted up to to 45 days after purchase.   The cost of the merchandise will be refunded, though the cost of the original shipment will not. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees incurred to return the item. Please contact returns@severesnacks.com if you would like to return an item.

If you have ordered the wrong size and would like an exchange, please return the incorrect item and place a new order for the correct size.
